Dawn and Greg designed and built us stairs spanning 3 levels down from our upper deck into our back yard facing the canal. They also remodeled our entire kitchen and main bathroom. The detail and craftsmanship is beyond reproach. We found them to be extremely knowledgeable and super fun to work with. There are no wrong turns with them! Can’t say enough positive about the team of Dawn & Greg! They give complete information on how the build will go..even what can go wrong in the remodel so I was never blindsided. Came and worked when they said they would be here. And they take complete responsibility for the work delivered. I am glad to have them to call. Greg and Dawn did a major renovation of my home prior to moving in full time. They raised and leveled the house, replaced the roof, windows and flooring with wood, carpet and tile. during this whole process they routinely kept me up to date with pictures and verbal conversations. If a problem was encountered, they called to discuss it and also sent pictures showing the problem. The renovation was finished on time and on budget. We purchased a home that was built and lived in by the Butchers. One contingency of the sale was for them to install new filter cloth along the bulk head and to do it to industry standards. We havr had issues with sink holes since the purchase. When we asked them about it, they laughed in our face! They are refusing to accept any responsibility for the shoddy work. We shall see what a judge has to say! Run in the other direction if you see these people. They have no integrity whatsoever! Greg and Dawn have built my dream home. They took time to explain the process in detail and discussed the material options. As locals they added a unique and honest insight specific to the Outer Banks area during and after the building process.
